These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ezclicksstudio.com and your booking of a session with EZ Clicks Studio, located at Block 28 Lot 12 Phase 5, Mabuhay Subdivision, Mamatid, Cabuyao City, Laguna 4025. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

  • A booking is confirmed only after your down payment is received and proof of payment is sent via Messenger.
  • Down payments are: Pitik De Uno ₱150 · Pitik De Dos ₱300 · Pitik De Tres ₱450 · Pitik De Pamilya ₱600. Professional, Graduation, and Studio Rental packages may carry different down payment amounts, confirmed at booking.
  • The remaining balance is paid on the day of your session.
  • Walk-ins are accommodated on weekends, subject to availability. Weekdays are by appointment only.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

This is our refund policy in full:

  • You may reschedule or cancel your session 1–2 days before your scheduled date by messaging us on our official Messenger.
  • Down payments are non-refundable for client-initiated cancellations. A cancelled down payment cannot be applied as store credit unless we agree to it in writing.
  • If we cancel your session due to circumstances on our end (e.g. studio unavailability, staff emergency), you may choose a full refund of your down payment or a free reschedule to the next available slot.
  • No refunds are given once a session has started, or for dissatisfaction with creative choices made during a self-portrait session (you control the camera) — for Professional and Graduation sessions, message us within 24 hours if something went wrong and we will review it in good faith.
  • Add-ons and balance payments made on-site are refundable only if the studio is at fault (e.g. equipment failure that shortens your session).

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Your session time starts at your booked time, not your arrival time.
  • A ₱100 late fee applies. After 10 minutes with no notice, your time allotment begins automatically and only the remaining time will be honored.
  • No-shows without any notice forfeit the down payment.

4. During Your Session

  • Up to 2 companions may accompany you inside the studio.
  • Pets are welcome with prior notice and a ₱200 add-on; you are responsible for any damage they cause.
  • Please treat the studio, backdrops, and props with care. You may be asked to cover the cost of any damage caused by misuse.
  • No smoking, flammable materials, sharp objects, or alcoholic beverages inside the studio.

5. Photo Delivery & Usage

  • Enhanced soft copies are delivered the same day via Google Drive, sent to the email you provide. We do not accommodate rush edits.
  • Unless you tell us otherwise, we may feature session photos on our social media and studio photo wall for portfolio and marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time by messaging us — we'll honor that for future posts and remove existing ones you flag on request.
  • Photos are for personal use. Commercial use, resale, or use in paid advertising requires our written permission.

6. Website Use

  • You agree to provide accurate information when booking.
  • You won't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or attack this website, or misuse the Ezy chat assistant to generate abusive or unlawful content.
  • All studio branding, photography, and website content are the property of EZ Clicks Studio unless otherwise credited, and may not be reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We aim for every session to go smoothly, but to the extent permitted by Philippine law, EZ Clicks Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or your session, beyond the amount you paid us for that session.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792). Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Cabuyao City, Laguna, unless otherwise required by law.
